Claims Service
We specialise in assisting Consumers to bring claims against Banks and Finance Houses, in recovering mis-sold Payment Protection Premiums and in challenging all types of loan or credit agreements with a view to securing offers of compensation by way of refund and/or reduction of balances outstanding on such loans or mortgages. More than 20 firms have been fined by the Financial Services Authority for mis-selling breaches in relation to payment protection single premiums so far.
If you have been mis-sold any Payment Protection Insurance when taking out any unsecured loans in the last 6 years or the last 12 years of the loan was secured against your property (irrespective of whether or not the loans have been repaid) then these may be challenged with a view to writing off all or a proportion of balances outstanding on such loans.
Always check present and previous loans for payment protection even if the loan is now repaid as we may still be able to claim it back. Even if you are contacted by any lender to offer you redress, it's better to use a solicitor at no cost to you.
Further, if a broker arranged a loan with PPI and did not disclosed the fact that he received a hefty commission, you may well be entitled to payment of further substantial moneys. Even if the paperwork given to you refers to "broker fees" this is not the same as PPI commission, so you may be due a windfall of 65% to 80% of the single premium PPI, because that's the normal commission payable.
We will arrange for your agreement(s) to be checked absolutely free of charge and, where appropriate, a claim to be pursued on your behalf.
