How do I get the bankruptcy order cancelled?

If you have been made bankrupt and have sufficient assets to either pay your debts in full or make a substantial dividend to creditors then you should consider getting the bankruptcy order annulled.

This is not a simple process.  Your Official Receiver or Trustee in Bankruptcy cannot provide legal or financial advice to you.  They will simply provide you with a leaflet entitled “Can my Bankruptcy be Cancelled?”  It is therefore extremely important to act quickly and seek independent advice at an early stage on which is the most appropriate exit route from bankruptcy.

We offer a specialist Bankruptcy Annulment Service to individuals who are bankrupt and have a property or other assets they wish to secure from their Trustee and need to obtain a cancellation of their bankruptcy order.

We are one of the leading providers of post bankruptcy solutions in the country.  Call us for free advice.
